Distribution and Shipping of your order
Once you have placed your order request, lightboxfilms.com.au will process your order immediately and confirm with you via email, sms and/or phone call 1. the status of the order 2. the availability of your requested shoot date and 3. the expected delivery date of the final audio visual product or service requested.
Upon completion and for most of our video productions, the main form of distribution is via our dedicated online streaming video server. This sophisticated distribution option is provided to our clients as a html web link that can be emailed, embedded and posted on most websites. This link is emailed to clients on approval and completion of the requested video production.
All videos can also be provided (for a fee) to clients as a master DVD if required and duplication services are also available at set prices established by your licensed Lightbox Films office.
In order to provide you with top quality service, lightboxfilms.com.au utilises the services of Ausralia Post standard and express mail as well as a dedicated courier to distribute duplicated DVD material and/or master disc copies. Once your DVD Duplication or master disc order is processed, our courier will pick up your package and deliver to the mailing address you provided as part of your online or over-the-phone client registration unless otherwise specified prior to dispatch. LightboxFilms.com.au will ship your products anywhere in Australia or internationally if so requested. Any P.O. Box deliveries will be sent through standard or express mail with Australia Post. All postage costs will be billed to the individual client unless otherwise agreed.
Clients can check the status of their order or video production request at all times by logging into their My Account portal.
Please note that on any return we will not reimburse the original shipping cost or the shipping cost for the return.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
lightboxfilms.com.au places the utmost care into ensuring our products and services consistently maintain a high level of quality. All of our video products and services are provided for approval to clients prior to any request or invoice for payment. If you are not satisfied with the approval version of your video, you have 48 hours from date of delivery or distribution to notify us.
Clients can submit any requests for editing changes to be made to the video by logging into our online approval facility with their individual login details i.e. My Account.
Please note: Depending on the product or service these editing changes may be chargeable at a set hourly rate. Details of this rate can be attained on our web site and/or by calling your closest licensed Lightbox Films office.
In the event that a video is not satisfactorily edited, amended or changed to reasonably satisfy (within the framework and format specified by the description of the product or service that has been requested) the client’s expectations, Lightbox Films may at their sole discretion choose to re-schedule and re-shoot the video for the client subject to their agreement. Any additional costs incurred from this process may be passed on to the client unless alternative arrangements are otherwise agreed to between Lightbox Films and the client prior to the re-shoot.
Any and all payment refunds will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Cheque within 7 days of the approved refund request, except on occasion where the payment has been made by credit card in which case all funds will be refunded directly onto the same credit card used for original purchase.
Please note: Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
All refund enquiries or requests should be directed to your local licensed Lightbox Films office or whichever office handled your initial order request and subsequent video production.
Payment Terms
Once the client approves a video product or service, an invoice will be generated and the client will be required to pay within the time detailed on the invoice or agreed to with their licensed Lightbox Films office. Payment terms preferred methods of payment may vary from office-to-office and from client-to-client so please contact your closest Lightbox Films office for more information or with any concerns.
Online Payment with a Credit Card
lightboxfilms.com.au utilises the encryption process "Secure Sockets Layering" (128 bit (or higher) SSL encryption) during the purchasing phase. 128 bit (or higher) SSL encryption certification provides the utmost security in transmitting your credit card data over the Internet.
No bank data is gathered or retained by lightboxfilms.com.au. The information goes directly to our qualified banking institution and merchant facilitators. The ONLY information we keep on file and we share with our courier is the necessary data to complete the shipping of the order (shipping address, phone, e-mail).
