How can we distribute our video?

Once approved by you or your office, your final video link can be emailed or inserted easily into portal sites like any regular URL. For real estate this may include: domain.com.au, realestate.com.au, myhome.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au among others. Your final video link will stream online from our dedicated servers for the duration of property sale or a maximum of 12 months. Longer streaming durations are avaialble upon request and may incur a nominal charge.

 
For other types of video we can also provide a streaming video link or custom streaming page however you also have the opportunity to produce DVDs, upload your video to YouTube, Vimeo and other video portals or embed the video directly on your website without worrying about bandwidth as your video will stream directly from our network of servers.
Why do I need a "Client Login"?

We provide you with an individual client login so that you can access our custom built ordering, approval and streaming system. With a login you can book jobs, send us your feedback, change your details and approve jobs online from one simple and intuitive interface. Approval of your video is important as it gives us the go ahead to get the final production to you as required. e.g. Online Link, DVD and/or Delivery to the TV Networks.

My login isn't working...what can I do?

Sometimes clients may forget their passwords or be blocked by their internal network from accessing our system online. If this happens, just give us a call and we can resend or reset your password or look into how we can work to resolve your issue quickly with your in house IT people.

What do I need to prepare for a video tour?

We recommend that you know the key features of the property (which you no doubt already do) and that you have a good knowledge of the suburb, street and surrounding areas and their relevant lifestyle attractions. Don't worry though, our experienced directors are always ready to help out with a hint or two on location and they have a great knowledge of the areas they service.

How soon after a property shoot will I receive my finished video tour?

You will receive an approval version of your video within 36 - 48 hours of your actual video tour production, but of course we always endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible.

Can I get DVDs of any video production you create?

Yes is the simple answer. Additional DVDs can be produced (at a competitive cost) to accompany any video tour package or corporate/broadcast video production. These discs can be custom designed with your company logo, photographs and contact details etc and are professionally printed in full colour and packaged ready to go to your clients or for archiving.
